When should I have my roof inspected?
After any major storm, before buying or selling a home, if you see stains on a ceiling, or once an asphalt roof is getting on in years. A regular look catches small problems while they are still cheap to fix.
How long until I get the results?
You get our findings on the spot, and the written assessment and quote follow within a day or two. Everything is documented with photos, so you can see exactly what we saw.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not for the exterior. If you want the attic and ventilation checked too, we will need access inside, which is worth doing since that is where ice dam and ventilation problems show first.
Will you push me to replace a roof that just needs a repair?
No. If the roof needs monitoring or a small repair, that is what the report says. No obligation and no pressure, every visit.
